Cabernet Sauvignon

Caymus Vineyards

Introduced by Caymus Vineyards with the 2023 vintage, this wine is a California-appellation Cabernet Sauvignon – supple, dark and rich, bearing the signature hallmarks of Caymus. It is sourced from sites throughout the state which feature climatic conditions, soils and topography that are ideally suited to Cabernet. This project stems from excitement over California’s diverse vineyard land, often in lesser-known areas, with the potential to produce exceptional Cabernet.

Perrier Jouet Brut Blanc de Blancs

The Tasting Panel-” Coppery salmon-pink in the glass, radiant nose of ripe red berries that pop against glimmers of spiced biscotti and roasted cashew. On a palate of pure silk, raspberry, black cherry underlined by blood-orange rind before a long, almost voluptuous finish that’s savory with dried mint.”

Had SUCH a good time here with my wife and mother in law. We have a fairly picky bunch but Laura was able to recommend wines that fit out group while also making us feel like old friends. What a fantastic little wine bar! Great selection of wines from entry level to quality stuff a wine lover would be happy with. We were! The guy who manages it is a level 1 som, he’s friendly and fun to engage in conversation with and very knowledgeable about wine. We spent a couple hours there talking with him and about half a dozen other people that were at the bar.
